Audi has expanded its electric e-tron GT line-up with a new entry-level variant, the e-tron GT quattro, offering 430 kW of peak power and a driving range of up to 622 kilometres. The model is available to order in Germany with a starting price of €108,900, roughly a year after the launch of the facelifted e-tron GT series.

The new quattro variant joins the existing S and RS e-tron GT models, which deliver at least 500 kW of output. While Audi has labelled the new addition a “base model,” the company has been cautious in using the term due to its performance credentials, including a 0–100 kph acceleration time of 4.0 seconds and dual-motor all-wheel drive.

“With 430 kW of power and quattro drive, the e-tron GT quattro is anything but basic,” the company said in a statement.

The vehicle features the same 105 kWh (gross) battery pack as its higher-performance counterparts, offering 97 kWh of usable capacity and charging speeds of up to 320 kW via DC fast chargers. A 10–80% charge can be completed in 18 minutes, while a 10-minute top-up is estimated to add up to 285 kilometres of range under WLTP standards.

Despite its lower output, the e-tron GT quattro achieves a longer driving range than the S model by 13 kilometres, attributed partly to a 30-kilogram weight reduction. Audi highlights the model’s suitability for long-distance travel, with emphasis on low noise levels, aerodynamic efficiency, and cabin comfort.

“A drag coefficient of 0.24 and active air intakes make the ride particularly quiet – ideal for relaxed driving,” Audi said, adding that eight-way adjustable sports seats and dedicated rear footwells contribute to overall long-haul comfort.

The e-tron GT quattro joins a line-up that includes the S e-tron GT, priced from €126,000, and the RS variants starting at €147,500 and €160,500.
