Aehra electric SUV interior details revealed with futuristic looks

Italian electric car startup. Aehra plans to launch a radical SUV featuring supercar-like styling. Aehra gave a glimpse of the appearance of this electric SUV last November and recently released a photo of its interior which looks futuristic.

The cabin of this SUV can be said to be quite spacious with a wheelbase of 118 inches. By comparison, the full-size Cadillac Escalade’s wheelbase is less than three inches longer. Aehra claims that four NBA players will fit in the SUV. Buyers will be able to choose between four and five seat configurations.

At the front of the cabin there is a screen that spans the width of the dashboard and is flanked by small screens on either side that act as a camera-based side mirror view. This dashboard-wide screen can extend upwards when the vehicle is parked, turning the cabin into a lounge or room for Zoom-style meetings.

There is also a small screen integrated with a rectangular steering wheel to display driving information, as well as a tablet-like screen mounted on the center stack which serves as the main input center for features such as navigation, climate control and infotainment.

Traditional materials such as handmade leather and carbon fiber are found elsewhere, while the seats are said to be similar to those on many supercars. These seats are not only comfortable but also supportive during high-speed driving. The seats are made of recycled aluminum and carbon fiber, and are upholstered in leather.

Filippo Perini, Head Designer of Aehra, was responsible for the design of the Aventador and HuracƔn supercars when he was Head Designer at Lamborghini. Perini is also reportedly working on a sedan which will be revealed in spring 2023.

Aehra plans to start the first round of external funding process in the near future and if all goes according to plan, Aehra will manufacture SUVs and electric sedans around the end of 2025.
