Another 25,000 buyers will have to wait for Volkswagen to increase production and sales of the Volkswagen ID.4. The good news is that in 2022, Volkswagen plans to do local production of the ID.4 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The ID.4 battery cells will be supplied by SK Innovation from SK On’s new battery factory in Commerce, Georgia.
