Geely Auto’s electric-focused sub-brand Geely Galaxy on Tuesday officially launched the V900 extended-range multi-purpose vehicle, marking the first model in its newly introduced V series.
The Geely Galaxy V900 is offered in three variants priced at 269,800 yuan ($38,770), 289,800 yuan and 329,800 yuan. Pre-sales for the model began on Jan. 7, when indicative prices were set higher at 319,800 yuan, 349,800 yuan and 389,800 yuan, respectively.

The V900 measures 5,360 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width and 1,940 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm. It enters China’s competitive premium MPV segment, where it will face rivals such as BYD’s Denza D9 and the X9 from Xpeng. Competition is expected to intensify further, with Luxeed — a brand jointly developed by Huawei and Chery — having filed regulatory documents for its upcoming Luxeed V9 MPV.
The V900 uses a 1.5-litre engine as a range extender, delivering a maximum output of 120 kW. It is fitted with ternary lithium batteries supplied by CALB and CATL, with capacity options of 43.3 kWh and 50 kWh. Under China’s CLTC test cycle, the vehicle offers an electric-only range of 220 km or 260 km, and a combined range of up to 1,180 km or 1,220 km when fully charged and fuelled.

The extended-range MPV is equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 190 km/h.
The V900 is based on the L380 MPV platform developed by London Electric Vehicle Company. The L380 was first launched in June 2024 as a battery-electric vehicle and the extended-range version debuted publicly at the Guangzhou auto show in November 2025.

In March 2025, Geely elevated Geely Galaxy from a product lineup to a standalone brand, integrating LEVC as its premium MPV series. The launch of the V900 comes as Geely continues to expand its electrified offerings. The automaker said it sold 3,024,567 vehicles in 2025, meeting its annual sales target of 3 million units.
