Lexus has introduced the RZ 600e “F SPORT Performance,” a limited-edition high-performance variant of its dedicated battery-electric RZ lineup, as the automaker continues to expand its focus on performance-oriented electric vehicles.
The new model is scheduled to go on sale at Lexus dealerships nationwide on March 2, 2026. It builds on the RZ 550e “F SPORT” platform and features a higher system output, revised aerodynamics, and upgraded chassis components aimed at enhancing dynamic performance within the brand’s battery-electric vehicle portfolio.

Lexus said the RZ 600e delivers a maximum system output of 313 kilowatts following a reassessment of battery output limits, enabling stronger acceleration while maintaining smooth power delivery through its all-wheel-drive system. The vehicle’s ride height has been lowered by 20 millimeters compared with the RZ 550e “F SPORT,” a change intended to reduce aerodynamic drag and improve stability.
Braking performance has also been enhanced with 20-inch brake rotors and six-piston front calipers, while extensive use of carbon-fiber aerodynamic components—including elements on the hood, roof, wing and spoilers—has been applied to increase downforce and improve handling at higher speeds.

The RZ 600e is equipped with a steer-by-wire system paired with a dedicated steering wheel and an Interactive Manual Drive function, which Lexus said is designed to increase driver engagement across a range of driving conditions.
The RZ series marks Lexus’s first purpose-built battery-electric vehicle platform, introduced in 2023. Subsequent variants expanded the lineup to include front-wheel-drive and performance-focused models. The RZ 600e extends this progression by combining higher power output with aerodynamic refinements and braking upgrades derived from motorsports-focused development.

Exterior design features include 21-inch aluminum wheels, large aerodynamic moldings and a choice of two color schemes combining black with either a matte-finish white or gray tone. The interior adopts Ultrasuede trim with blue accents, sport seats with ventilation, and performance-oriented detailing.
Development of the performance-focused RZ models has drawn input from motorsports specialists, including air racing and endurance racing disciplines, as Lexus seeks to apply aerodynamic and handling expertise to its growing electric vehicle lineup.
