Geely Auto posted a third consecutive month of record vehicle sales in November, supported by sustained momentum at its Geely Galaxy sub-brand and rising demand for electrified models, as the Chinese automaker accelerates its overseas expansion.
The company sold 310,428 vehicles last month, up 24.10% from a year earlier and 1.07% higher than in October, according to figures released on Monday.

Battery electric vehicle (BEV) sales rose to a record 102,602 units in November, increasing 12.34% year on year and 4.33% month on month. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sales reached a new high of 85,196 units, surging 173.77% from a year earlier and rising 7.12% from October.
Growth continued to be led by Geely Galaxy, which delivered 132,652 vehicles in November, marking its fourth straight month of record sales. Galaxy volumes rose 76.33% year on year and 4.06% from October. From January to November, Galaxy deliveries reached 1,135,113 vehicles, up 167.09% from the same period a year earlier.

Geely Auto’s total sales for the first 11 months of the year reached 2,787,750 vehicles, representing a 41.76% year-on-year increase.
Galaxy was launched as a vehicle series in February 2023 and upgraded to a standalone brand in March this year. Since October 2024, sales of the Geometry lineup have been consolidated under Galaxy, followed by the integration of LEVC as its premium multi-purpose vehicle series.
Including Galaxy, the Geely brand recorded November sales of 246,526 vehicles, up 29.45% year on year and 0.42% from October. Within the wider group, premium EV brand Zeekr delivered a record 28,843 vehicles, rising 6.78% from a year earlier and 34.64% from October, while Lynk & Co delivered 35,059 vehicles, up 7.28% year on year but down 12.82% from October.

Geely Auto also exported 42,091 vehicles in November, an increase of 28.27% from a year earlier and 1.26% from October, reflecting continued expansion into overseas markets.
The sales growth comes as Geely expands its core brand footprint in Europe. The company has recently launched new models in Italy, including the battery-electric Geely EX5 and the Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid SUV, adding to its broader push across Europe, Oceania and other global markets.
Financial performance has also strengthened. Last month, Geely Auto reported a sharp rise in third-quarter earnings after strong sales pushed revenue to a new high, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Net income attributable to shareholders rose 59% year on year to RMB 3.82 billion ($538 million), while quarterly revenue climbed 27% to a record RMB 89.2 billion.

In product developments, Geely Galaxy last month launched the 2026 Starship 7 EM-i, also marketed overseas as the Starray EM-i, positioning it against hybrid SUVs such as BYD’s Song Pro DM-i. The compact SUV is offered in four variants with discounted starting prices ranging from RMB 95,800 to RMB 123,800 and features dimensions of 4,740 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width and a 2,755 mm wheelbase.
