Emil Frey has entered into an exclusive partnership with Changan to handle sales and service operations in the Netherlands, marking another significant step in the Chinese automaker’s European expansion. The Deepal S05 and Deepal S07 models will be the first to be introduced to Dutch customers under this collaboration.
According to Changan, this partnership supports its strategy to establish a presence in more than ten European markets by the end of the year. Both the Deepal S05 and S07 will make their public debut at the Utrecht Fleet Expo on 12 and 13 November.

The S05, first unveiled at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, offers a range of up to 485 kilometres (WLTP), while the S07 delivers up to 475 kilometres. Both vehicles feature advanced charging capabilities of up to 200 kW, combining range, safety, and practicality.
Changan has maintained a long-standing presence in Europe, with its European Design Centre founded in Turin in 2001 and its Research and Development Centre established in the UK in 2010. The automaker operates two spare parts warehouses in Europe to ensure efficient logistics, including one in Helmond near Eindhoven, in partnership with Kühne+Nagel.
