Avride announced it has secured up to $375 million in new strategic investments and commitments from Uber Technologies and Nebius Group, marking a major milestone in its mission to scale autonomous mobility solutions.
The investment will help Avride expand its AI-driven technology, speed up market growth, and advance its goal of transforming how goods and people move in cities across the United States and beyond.

The announcement builds on Avride’s growing partnership with Uber, which began with a multi-year strategic agreement in 2024. Since then, Avride’s delivery robots have been operating through the Uber Eats platform in Jersey City, Austin, and Dallas, handling deliveries for hundreds of local restaurants. As part of its next phase of growth, Avride plans to launch its first robotaxi service on the Uber platform in Dallas by the end of 2025, extending its autonomous capabilities from sidewalks to streets.
“At Avride, we have a clear vision and a strong plan to make autonomous transportation an integral part of everyday life,” said Dmitry Polishchuk, CEO of Avride. “We are thrilled to have world-class partners like Uber who share this vision and continue to support us.”
