China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has revealed an updated version of the Zeekr X all-electric SUV, alongside the new Zeekr 7X. The latest Zeekr X gains a stronger rear motor rated at 250 kW (335 hp), an increase from the current 200 kW (268 hp) unit, while its exterior design remains unchanged.
The Zeekr X is currently offered in four trims with 4- and 5-seat layouts, priced between 149,000 and 179,000 yuan ($20,900–$25,100). Standard exterior features include daytime running lights with 56 LEDs, a 1.21 m² panoramic sunroof, and a 1.5 m through-type taillight using 229 LEDs. The body measures 4,450 mm in length, 1,836 mm in width, and 1,572 mm in height, with a 2,750 mm wheelbase.

The updated model will be available in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) versions. The RWD uses a 250 kW (335 hp) motor paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery, while the AWD adds a 115 kW (154 hp) front motor for a combined 365 kW (489 hp). Both versions are electronically limited to a top speed of 190 km/h.

Compared with the existing Zeekr X, the new RWD variant offers higher output than the 200 kW motor paired with either a 49 kWh or 66 kWh battery, which delivers CLTC ranges of 420 km and 560 km. The current AWD produces a combined 315 kW (422 hp) with a 66 kWh battery, giving 500–512 km of CLTC range.
