Maserati is known for its powerful sports car products. But they also had SUV models like the Levante, and at that time it was the only SUV they had.

But now Maserati has introduced its second SUV known as the Grecale. This model is not yet sold in the market, but has been officially introduced.

Actually the existence of the Grecale has long been detected since 2020, where Maserati will present another new model after the MC20. The model is still an SUV model, it’s just that it is placed just below the Levante. The model is known as Grecale who has now appeared.

The name Grecale is inspired by the name of the wind that blows in the Mediterranean region, just like the Levante. The design is no less cool when compared to the Levante, with a design that is so luxurious but still looks sporty. Unlike other Maserati SUV models, the Grecale body is made more compact and does not look boxy.

The interior of the Grecale is no less interesting, with a dual center split dashboard design that is similar to the dashboard of the Range Rover Velar. The appearance is quite simple, because Maserati has removed a number of settings buttons that are usually placed in the middle of the dashboard. So instead, there are two touch screens that can operate a number of features.

The V6 engine he is carrying is capable of generating power up to 523 hp!

Especially for the electric version, this model will be presented as Grecale Folgore and will be released after. For now, Grecale offers GT, Modena, and Trofeo variants. Although it will be sold by Stellantis which is the parent company of Maserati, the platform does not use the special platform of the alliance.
