Zoox and T-Mobile Arena have entered into a multi-year partnership to incorporate autonomous ride-hailing into venue transportation operations beginning in early 2026. Facilitated by AEG Global Partnerships, the agreement marks the arena’s first autonomous mobility sponsorship and formalizes Zoox as an Official Venue Partner.

As part of the operational plan, the venue will construct a dedicated pickup and drop-off lane at its West VIP entrance to support robotaxi access during events. Wayfinding signage will guide attendees to the loading area, integrating autonomous rides into standard visitor logistics.

The system will also be incorporated into the venue’s digital communications and signage. Michael White, Chief Product Officer at Zoox, said the expansion highlights the company’s goal of connecting riders to major destinations, noting that the collaboration extends the customer experience through a purpose-built vehicle design.

The partnership strengthens Zoox’s presence in the Las Vegas entertainment sector. The company already partners with the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, who play at T-Mobile Arena, and this new agreement deepens its relationship within the venue ecosystem. Zoox has operated in Las Vegas since 2019 and has begun rolling out autonomous ride-hailing connections to high-density commercial zones such as Resorts World Las Vegas, AREA15 and Topgolf. Additional service to The Sphere is planned for 2025, with T-Mobile Arena set to join the network in 2026.

T-Mobile Arena hosts more than one million visitors annually across over 100 events, offering a substantial user base once autonomous service begins. The partnership also includes extensive branding rights, with Zoox visibility throughout the venue and transportation details included in event-preparation communications.

Riders will access the service through the Zoox mobile app, selecting the arena as a designated pickup or drop-off point. Both organizations will evaluate opportunities for further on-site activations following the service launch.
