Zeekr, a new electric vehicle (EV) brand by Geely, is set to unveil its upcoming electric X crossover on April 12th, but the company has been giving glimpses of the car’s features ahead of its official launch. Recently, Zeekr released images showcasing the car’s interior, which boasts of a minimalist and luxurious design.
While the company has not disclosed many specifics about the car’s features, it is apparent that the driver will sit behind a two-spoke steering wheel and a freestanding digital instrument cluster. To the right of the steering wheel is a widescreen infotainment system mounted on a slider that can be adjusted to sit in front of the passenger or in the middle of the dashboard.

The interior design is further accentuated by illuminated accents on the dashboard and door panels, electric door handles, and a minimalist center stack. The infotainment system seems to handle almost everything, leaving only aircraft-inspired window switches and bronze or rose gold accents to complete the overall aesthetic.
The Zeekr X rides on Geely’s SEA platform, and at 175.2 inches long and a wheelbase of 108.3 inches, it is larger than the Mercedes GLA by 1.6 inches and 0.9 inches, respectively. The model is expected to have a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) time of less than four seconds, and it will launch in China later this year.
Zeekr is also considering expanding to international markets, which could mean the model could eventually make its way to Europe. While we eagerly await more information about the Zeekr X, it’s safe to say that this EV has the potential to be a game-changer in the world of luxury electric crossovers.
