Toyota is reportedly aiming to launch 30 electric vehicles by 2030 to expand its plans to sell 15 fully electric car models by 2025. One that has already been launched is the EV Micro Box concept car.

Not only the Micro Box, Toyota also presents a similar model, namely the Mid Box. These two EV concept cars are considered as commercial vehicles produced by Toyota in the automotive market.

This electric vehicle will compete in the van segment, which is quite popular with the public. Especially for the electric van, the Mid Box concept is equipped with facilities such as a bed, sofa, small kitchen, TV and toilet.

As for the Micro Box concept car, consumers will later have smaller dimensions compared to its sibling. This electric van will have plenty of room for the addition of a roof tent or folding awning, like the Nissan Hang-Out Concept.

There is no further information regarding the specifications of the Mid Box and Micro Box electric vans. But what is clear, this concept car model is perfect for drivers who like long walks or vacations with natural nuances.

Apart from that, Toyota is working with Lexus to launch an electric car in welcoming the era of electrification. Toyota president Akio Toyoda expects that the Lexus brand can account for 100 percent of sales in Europe, China and North America by 2030.
