At the Los Angeles Auto Show 2022 (17/11), VinFast introduced the new electric car VinFast VF 6.
The VinFast VF 6 appears at the 2022 Los Angeles Auto Show as a new electric car that will soon greet US consumers.
Together with the VinFast VF 7, the VF 6 will fill the new electric car segment against the Tesla Model 3, Hyundai IONIQ 5 and Kia EV6.
“VinFast VF 6 and VF 7 have luxurious exterior and interior designs and advanced technology,” said Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of VinFast.
“With four electric cars that have been introduced in America so far, spanning the B-C-D-E segment, each car is made to meet the needs and lifestyles of our consumers,” added Thuy.
In appearance, the VinFast VF 6 appears futuristic with a rounded and aerodynamic design.
VinFast didn’t mess around with the VF 6 design because it was worked on in collaboration with design house Torino Design.
Entering the interior, VinFast VF 6 has a cabin that is no less sophisticated than its rivals but has a simple design.
What about the specifications? VinFast VF 6 comes in two variants, namely Eco and Plus.
The VF 6 Eco has a front-wheel drive electric motor with 130 kW or 174 hp and 250 Nm of torque.
Meanwhile, the Plus variant gets a more powerful electric motor, which is 150 kW or 201 hp and 310 Nm of torque.
Unfortunately, VinFast has not disclosed the battery capacity or claims for the VinFast VF 6 mileage.
At a glance about the features, the VinFast VF 6 Eco will have an interior made of cloth and vegan leather.
The VF 6 Plus will have a vegan leather interior and a standard panoramic glass roof.
