Türkiye’s domestic electric vehicle maker Togg entered the European market on Monday, unveiling its T10X sport utility vehicle and new T10F fastback sedan at the IAA Mobility 2025 fair in Munich.

Germany, home to nearly 1.5 million Turkish residents, will be the company’s first export destination with its long-awaited T10F sedan. Both the T10X and T10F have received the highest five-star rating from Euro NCAP, meeting Europe’s most stringent safety standards, Togg said.

The T10X, already adopted by more than 70,000 users in Türkiye, will be joined by the T10F, which is ready for mass production. Pre-orders for the T10F in Türkiye open on Sept. 15 via Togg’s Trumore app, with reservations in Germany for both models starting Sept. 29. Sales prices will be disclosed when orders begin.

Fuat Tosyali, chairman of Togg’s board, described the milestone as “a historic turning point in Türkiye’s industrial story.” He added: “We will open pre-orders for both the T10X and T10F in Germany on September 29, and from there expand gradually to other European countries.”

Chief Executive Officer M. Gurcan Karakas said Germany was chosen as the company’s first foreign market because of its infrastructure and policies. “Germany stood out as the ideal starting point thanks to its widespread charging infrastructure and supportive policies for electric vehicles,” he said.

Karakas also underlined that the vehicles had been designed to match international standards. “Our models received five stars in all Euro NCAP tests, which confirms our commitment to safety from the very beginning,” he said, adding that Togg’s digital platform Trumore would help strengthen customer experience in Europe.

Togg established its European subsidiary, Togg Europe GmbH, in Stuttgart in 2021 to focus on mobility solutions tailored to European users. The company said it aims to become one of the most preferred EV brands in Europe while building Türkiye’s broader EV ecosystem.
