Turkish EV Manufacturer Togg Begins Testing Second Model, the T10F Electric Saloon, Ahead of 2025 Launch

Turkish electric vehicle manufacturer Togg has entered the test phase for its second model, the T10F electric saloon, with deliveries expected to commence in April 2025. The T10F, which follows the T10X SUV, was first unveiled as a near-production prototype at CES in Las Vegas in January, where its technical specifications were also revealed.

The T10F will be available in three versions: Standard Range RWD, Long Range RWD, and Long Range AWD. The rear-wheel-drive (RWD) models feature a 160 kW engine, while the all-wheel-drive (AWD) version, equipped with a second engine, offers a combined output of 320 kW. Battery capacities differ between models, with the Standard Range equipped with a 52.4 kWh battery and the Long Range versions boasting an 88.5 kWh battery.

Togg has commenced technical testing of the T10F in accredited centers both in Turkey and internationally. “We have started our testing processes for the T10F, which we designed as a fastback that reflects today’s design dynamics and meets the expectations from sedan models,” said Togg CEO Mehmet Gurcan Karakas. He emphasized the company’s commitment to making the T10F available to customers by early 2025, with pre-orders expected to begin before the official launch in April.

In addition to the T10F’s development, Karakas confirmed plans for Togg’s expansion into the German market. The T10X SUV may be exported to Germany as soon as this autumn, supported by the recent launch of a German-language Togg website and the establishment of Togg Europe GmbH in Stuttgart. This expansion is part of Togg’s broader strategy to enter other European markets.

Looking ahead, Togg aims to introduce five different vehicle models by 2032 and reach an annual production capacity of one million cars. The T10F is a key component of this ambitious growth plan, as the company continues to develop its presence both domestically and internationally.
