Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) has announced, Thursday (23/12), to start expanding sales of the Toyota C+pod electric car. The ultra-compact battery electric vehicle (BEV) can be ordered by companies or governments, including individuals.

But this is still for the region in Japan. Meanwhile, all vehicles that will go through rental can be found at Toyota dealers and Toyota Rental & Lease Agencies.

The C+pod is a two-seater eco-friendly BEV. The dimensions are smaller than urban cars in general. Presented as an option for daily mobilization with a distance that is not too far for two people.

Toyota ensures that the C+pod is very suitable for young people, singles or the elderly who need a practical vehicle.

The reference from Toyota for the price is 1,650,000 yen for the C+pod X type. Meanwhile, the C+pod G can be redeemed for 1,716,000 yen.
