The mushrooming population of electric cars, slowly but surely contributed to the world of modification. Just look at this 1957 Chevrolet C10 pickup which has received modernization by using an electric powertrain.
The innate engine of the famously noisy Chevrolet C10 was replaced with a dual electric motor from the Tesla Model 3. For the installer, the modifier had to change the frame structure and connect with the rear chassis of the Model S.
As a result, this old Chevrolet C10 pickup is able to accelerate without sound with a potential power of 900 hp and a peak torque of 1,762 Nm.
Starting from the revised front and rear bumpers, the classic grille, the aggressive spoiler attached to the tub, and the over fenders that are so striking.
Moving to another sector, a suspension system from the Chevrolet Corvette C5 is installed which makes the setup of the legs closer to the asphalt.
To add to the handsome look, there is a bronze Y-Spoke rim model from Finspeed that fills the fender space. Another modernization has also penetrated into the cabin, where the dashboard display is made contemporary with a digital speedometer intake.
Also the application of a pair of bucket seats in front, a racing steering wheel, and a successful roll cage boosts the feel of racing. Here’s the video!
