Tesla unveils new photos of the Tesla Semi electric truck

The electric vehicle manufacturer from the United States, Tesla Inc. has released photos of the Tesla Semi electric truck. In his upload, there are several changes from the first Semi truck to the latest model truck.

Launching Carscoops, the difference in the truck is visible from the front, the old model truck does not use mirrors while the new model truck uses mirrors and additional lights on the top of the windshield.

For the wheels, on the old model trucks, the rims are seen using a cover, while the new model trucks have more open rims and show the center of the rims. Seeing the right and left rear wheels of the old model truck are more closed, while the new model truck is open.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that he promised Semi Trucks to start shipping by the end of 2022 to consumers. For charging the battery this truck is capable of fast charging up to 70% in 30 minutes.

In appearance the same as trucks in general, with a large truck head and wrapped in white. Entering the cab, not on the right or left, the driver of the Semi Truck was in the middle of the truck.

In particular, the interior of the truck has changed, there is a new console and the steering wheel is now equipped with control buttons and 2 monitors on the left and right. The dashboard also seems to have been updated, because it now has a more modern design.

The latest model has new door handles and black trim at the rear of the cabin.

For specifications, Tesla says the Semi can cover a distance of about 483 km or 805 km. This model will also have 3 independent electric motors on the rear axle and these are said to allow an acceleration time of 0-96 km/h in 20 seconds.
