Elon Musk reveals the possibility of Tesla accepting payments with Dogecoin for charging Tesla cars. This was conveyed by Musk in a Twitter comment when responding to the tweet of Ryan Zhoury who is the founder of the Tesla Console.

In his Twitter post about the recently opened Tesla charging station in Santa Monica. Zohoury has tagged the Tesla boss.

“Of course you can pay in DOGE,” Musk commented.

Musk also said that Tesla plans to also open a “futuristic restaurant/drive-in theater” in the Hollywood precinct. People will be able to pay for all of that with Dogecoin, according to Musk.

Previously Tesla accepts Dogecoin payments for its merchandise in web store. Now, it appears that SpaceX is also testing DOGE payouts as Dogecoin was recently spotted in SpaceX’s source code earlier this week.
