Skoda, an automobile manufacturer, has revealed the Enyaq Coupe Respectline, a new electric crossover, as part of its celebration of Pride Month. The vehicle showcases Skoda Auto’s core values of diversity, equity, fairness, and inclusion. With its eye-catching design, the Enyaq Coupe Respectline highlights the concept of diversity through a vibrant and colorful prism.
While the standout feature is the attention-grabbing wrap, the model also boasts a distinctive Crystal Face grille. Illuminated by 131 white and multicolored LEDs, the grille has a gaming aesthetic.
Inside the vehicle, the expressive theme continues with rainbow ambient lighting and matte white trim adorned with colorful accents. The seats feature graphical embossing, and the three-spoke steering wheel proudly displays the Respectline badge.
This unique vehicle was created by Skoda employees and will make its public debut at the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra’s Open Air concert on June 21. Subsequently, it will be showcased at the Pride Business Forum and the Prague Pride Festival, before embarking on a promotional tour to spread the message of respect for all people and the environment.
While some companies and brands have faced criticism for their support of the LGBTQ+ community, including Ford, Target, Kohl’s, and Bud Light, Skoda’s Martina Zimmermann stated, “Having respect for one another and appreciating each person’s uniqueness is crucial for fostering mutual understanding. We are proud to have incorporated these values into the Skoda Enyaq Coupe Respectline, in collaboration with colleagues from various departments. Our hope is that its message will reach a wide audience.”
