RAM 1500 Revolution electric truck concept to debut in early 2023

The RAM 1500 Revolution electric truck concept will make its global debut at CES 2023 next January, not this month, as previously announced by Ram CEO Mike Koval Jr.

The Stellantis team have chosen to unveil their most important concepts over the years at the world’s number one technology show rather than the usual auto show, to underscore how radical their automotive technology revolution is.

But keep in mind, that here we are only talking about a concept truck, not a production version. The production version is expected to use the Stellantis STLA Frame electric platform, which measures approximately 220.5-244.1 inches (5,600-6,200 mm) and has a 159-200+ kWh battery pack providing a range of up to 500 miles (800 km).

Despite their late arrival to the EV world, RAM assures that when finished trucks arrive in 2024, their electric trucks will have the combination of what customers care about most: range, tow, payload and charge time.

The standard model of this electric truck will likely have 600 hp (608 PS) and less than $55,000 to compete with the F-150 Lightning.

While the 1500 Revolution will likely be the most important model for RAM, the manufacturer hasn’t given up on the ICE truck at all. They will still offer combustion power, but will swap their V8 pushrods for the new Stellantis Hurricane inline-six.
