U.S.-based electric travel trailer company Pebble has introduced a new artificial intelligence assistant for its Flow electric travel trailer alongside a dedicated iPhone application designed to expand monitoring and control features for owners.

The AI assistant, called Scout, is intended to help users operate and better understand the Pebble Flow by answering questions, guiding setup processes, explaining features and assisting with troubleshooting.

Pebble said Scout will gradually take on more proactive functions over time. Its first automated feature is an email notification that alerts owners when the trailer’s high-voltage battery falls below 10% charge.

The company added that additional proactive features and in-app push notifications are planned in future software updates.

Scout is currently available through Pebble’s online owner portal and is expected to be integrated into the mobile application in a later release.

Pebble also said the AI system is being used to collect operational feedback from customers. Information shared by owners can be analyzed by AI agents to identify usage patterns and generate recommendations for the company’s internal teams.

According to Pebble, validated insights may later be shared with other owners as part of a growing knowledge base intended to improve the user experience over time.

Alongside Scout, Pebble launched a new iPhone application that enables owners to monitor and control the Flow remotely without relying solely on the trailer’s onboard iPad command system.

The application connects directly to the trailer through local Bluetooth connectivity, allowing access to key controls and vehicle status information without requiring an internet connection.

Pebble said cloud-based connectivity features are also planned, which would eventually allow owners to monitor and manage their trailers remotely from nearly any location.

Stefan Solyom, chief technology officer of Pebble, said the company plans to continue expanding the Flow’s software capabilities through future updates.

“Our team is constantly working to make the Pebble Flow better by integrating new features that further improve the Pebble Flow experience,” Solyom said.

“With every update, the Flow is more capable, more intuitive, and more enjoyable to use.”
