The company highlighted the SUV’s spacious design, emphasizing its suitability for large families. The footage also revealed the vehicle’s body height adjustment feature, indicating the presence of an air suspension system.

Eric Yu, Onvo’s head of product, confirmed the completion of winter testing in a Weibo post. The L90 follows the L60 mid-size SUV and will be the first model launched under new Onvo president Shen Fei, who replaced Alan Ai. Ai announced his departure on Monday after the L60 struggled to meet expectations following its September 2024 launch.

Onvo has previewed the L90 several times in recent weeks, sharing images and drawing comparisons to Li Auto’s flagship Li L9 extended-range electric vehicle (EREV). The model will serve as Onvo’s flagship SUV, featuring a three-row seating layout, as previously confirmed by Ai in February.

The L90’s market performance will be critical for Onvo, which aims to regain confidence after falling short of sales targets.
