Mercedes-Benz has launched the online configurator for its new all-electric CLA model in Germany, with prices for the rear-wheel-drive CLA 250+ EQ starting at €55,858.60. A second, more powerful variant—the all-wheel-drive CLA 350 4MATIC EQ—is also available, priced from €60,380.60.
These are currently the only two variants available for configuration, both using an 85 kWh NMC battery. Lower-priced versions with a 58 kWh LFP battery and hybrid drivetrains are expected later, but are not yet available for order.

While the electric CLA debuts on the new Mercedes Modular Architecture (MMA) platform and adopts a fully electric powertrain, the brand’s premium pricing structure remains consistent. Optional packages, such as the ‘Start Package’ for €2,001.50 and the more extensive ‘Edition’ special model for €12,500.95, can quickly escalate the vehicle’s final cost.
The Edition package includes AMG Line features, black Manufaktur paintwork, 19-inch AMG alloy wheels, two-tone leather seats, and Mercedes’ ‘Premium Package with Digital Extras.’ Standalone AMG Line styling costs over €3,200, and the AMG Line Plus package is priced close to €5,600. Aesthetics-focused options like the ‘Night Package’ – standard on Edition and AMG Line Plus – add black trim and tinted glass for an additional €952 when ordered separately.

Standard features for both drivetrains include the ‘Advanced Package with Digital Extras,’ which covers LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof, front seat heating, and an illuminated front badge. Navigation is notably absent from the base trim and only becomes available through additional packages or smartphone integration.
“The electric CLA brings significant changes with its new platform and battery technology, but as always, personalization and feature upgrades come at a premium,” a company spokesperson said.
Mercedes-Benz also offers tiered upgrades such as the ‘Advanced Plus Package’ (€1,469.65), ‘Premium Package’ (€3,230.85), and ‘Premium Plus Package’ (over €5,400). These bundles include features ranging from wireless phone charging to Burmester audio systems and head-up displays, but many digital services such as MBUX Navigation and Entertainment remain optional add-ons.
Customers only gain access to further customization—paint colors, wheels, upholstery, trims, and steering wheels—after selecting feature packages. Total upgrade costs can reach nearly €16,000 before final personalization begins.
Leasing options for the CLA 250 are also available, with a monthly rate of €300.36 based on 15,000 kilometers annually, a 36-month term, and a down payment of €11,171.72. Leasing details for the CLA 350 4MATIC have not yet been released, as delivery for this model is scheduled for a later date.
