India’s Mahindra has introduced a special edition of its BE 6 electric SUV inspired by the Batman franchise. The limited-run model, called the BE 6 Batman Edition, was developed in partnership with Warner Bros. and will be restricted to 300 units.

The Batman Edition features distinctive styling elements linked to the Dark Knight character. Exterior details include themed door graphics, Bat logos on 20-inch alloy wheels, Satin Black paint, and an Infinity Roof marked with the emblem. Wing mirrors are also equipped to project the Bat Signal onto the ground, while rear badging carries a “BE 6 x The Dark Knight” design.

Inside, the model incorporates a Batman Edition plaque, charcoal leather panels with gold trim, and Bat logos across multiple interior elements including the “Boost” button, seats, and dashboard.

The special edition also includes customized sound effects designed to mimic a Batman-inspired driving experience.

Based on the top specification of the BE 6 SUV, the Batman Edition carries a 79 kWh battery offering a WLTP-rated range of up to 340 miles. A single rear-mounted motor produces 282 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque.

Pricing begins at around $27,500, with pre-orders opening on August 23 and deliveries scheduled to start on September 20, aligning with International Batman Day.
