Lucid has reduced lease costs for its 2025 Air Pure sedan, making the luxury electric vehicle less expensive to lease than Tesla’s Model 3 Long Range AWD despite a higher sticker price. The offer runs through the end of September.

The Air Pure can now be leased for $509 a month over 36 months, with $1,889 due at signing, resulting in an effective monthly cost of $561.

That marks a reduction from the previous effective cost of $589 after Lucid lowered the upfront payment by nearly $1,000. In comparison, Tesla’s Model 3 Long Range AWD carries an effective monthly lease cost of $616, factoring in $4,194 due at signing.

With a starting price of about $70,000, the Air Pure is more than $20,000 costlier than the Model 3 but leases around 10% lower in monthly terms.

Eligible customers must lease from existing stock and be returning Lucid drivers to qualify for the promotion.

The Air Pure offers a 420-mile range on a full charge and supports 350 kW DC fast charging, enabling up to 200 miles of added range in about 16 minutes.

Its rear-wheel-drive powertrain delivers 430 horsepower, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 124 mph. Inside, the sedan features options such as massage seats and a 21-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos technology.
