Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturer Leapmotor has introduced its latest compact SUV, the B10, at the Paris auto show, marking its first globalized model under the new B platform. The B10, which leverages Leapmotor’s Leap 3.5 technology architecture, is designed to appeal to young customers worldwide and is priced between RMB 100,000 ($14,110) and RMB 150,000.
Leapmotor’s founder and CEO, Zhu Jiangming, stated that the B-series will also include two other global models slated for release next year. “We are committed to delivering smart NEV products to a global audience, and the B10 represents a key step in our international expansion,” Zhu said.
Positioned as a competitor to the Aito M5 and Nio’s Onvo L60, the B10 is similar in size to the BMW X1. It is part of Leapmotor’s broader strategy to expand its product matrix and global presence, particularly through its partnership with Stellantis NV, Europe’s second-largest carmaker by sales.
Take A Leap forward with our new B10 at Paris Motor Show.
Making each step more exciting.

Leapmotor, which launched in 2015, is making significant strides overseas. In September, the Stellantis-backed joint venture Leapmotor International introduced the C10 and T03 in 13 European countries. The company plans to expand its global sales network to 350 outlets by the fourth quarter of 2024, with over 200 locations in Europe.
The company’s vehicle deliveries reached 33,767 units in September, up 113.72% year-on-year, marking the second consecutive month of surpassing 30,000 units.
