The LDV Mifa 9 is officially available for the Australian market, and this electric minivan offers a vehicle experience with a comfortable, luxurious interior.

LDV Mifa 9 comes in 3 LDV Mifa 9 variants, namely Mode, Executive and Luxe. Buyers who choose the Executive or Luxe models will get a power-sliding side door.

The flagship Luxe variant is also equipped with a captain's chair which is equipped with heating, cooling, massage and backrest functions. There's multi-zone climate control, 7 USB ports, 220V power outlet, sliding third-row seating and the option of a 6, 8 or 12 speaker sound system.

LDV has also equipped the Mifa 9 with a sleek and minimalist dashboard that houses a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay cable, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster and a leather-wrapped and heated multifunction steering wheel. Options include a digital rearview mirror and a wireless mobile charging pad.

The LDV Mifa 9 uses a 90 kWh lithium-ion battery pack from CATL. The battery can be charged via an 11 kW charger in approximately 8.5 hours or can be charged from 30 to 80 percent in 36 minutes when connected to a DC fast charger.

The battery provides power for an electric motor on the front wheels with 241 hp (180 kW) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) of torque. LDV says the Mifa 9 has a maximum range of up to 440 km (273 miles) and, on average, uses around 21.3 kWh – 21.8 kWh per 100 km.

As for price, the Mifa 9 LDV starts at $106,000 ($70,010) for Mode and goes up to $117,000 ($77,275) for Executive and $131,000 ($86,522) for Luxe. All models come with a 5 year/200,000 km warranty and an 8 year/200,000 km battery warranty.
