LAND Moto has unveiled the District ADV, a lightweight electric dual-sport motorcycle designed for both street and off-road use, marking the company’s entry into the adventure motorcycle segment.
The Cleveland-based manufacturer said the street-legal District ADV weighs about 240 pounds and is powered by a newly developed electric drivetrain delivering up to 345 newton-metres of torque. The model is priced from $11,200, with standard production deliveries scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

The District ADV debuts LAND’s redesigned “Enduro Evolution” powertrain, which uses an internal permanent magnet motor combined with an integrated gear reduction system. The drivetrain also incorporates regenerative braking and reverse functionality, features aimed at improving usability in off-road and low-speed environments.
LAND said the motorcycle was engineered with off-road capability in mind, offering 7.5 inches of front suspension travel, 4 inches at the rear, and 9 inches of ground clearance. The chassis rides on proprietary tubeless X Spoke wheels, which use a lace-spoke design that does not penetrate the tyre cavity, eliminating the need for inner tubes or sealing tape.

According to the company, the flexible spoke design is intended to absorb impacts through controlled deflection while allowing individual spokes to be replaced if damaged. An aluminium bash guard is fitted as standard to protect the underside of the bike when riding on rough terrain.
The District ADV also features a revised electronics package, including a full-colour TFT display showing speed, battery state of charge and system status. A new adventure-style fairing and windscreen are designed to offer protection from wind, rain and debris, while upgraded lighting aims to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

LAND will also offer a limited Ascent Edition, restricted to 30 units, priced at $12,700. This version features forged-carbon bodywork, gold anodised wheels and a higher-performance tune that increases peak torque by about 13%. Deliveries of the Ascent Edition are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
Pre-orders for the standard District ADV are now open with a refundable $100 deposit, while the Ascent Edition requires a $500 deposit. LAND said the new model builds on the existing District platform as it seeks to expand its product range beyond urban-focused electric motorcycles.
