Kople, an EV charging provider, has announced its decision to transition its network of more than 7,000 charging points to the Driivz software operating system. The Israeli company cited Driivz’s technical maturity, industry-leading charger uptime, and extensive network management and business operations capabilities as key factors in its selection.

According to a press release, Driivz’s offering includes smart charging and intelligent energy management, which align with Kople’s goals for enhancing its charging infrastructure. Kople will leverage Driivz’s integrated software modules for EV charge point and network operations, EV charging billing, and future smart energy management.

Joar Brunes, CEO of Kople, expressed confidence in Driivz’s technology, stating, “Driivz technology will help us provide an even higher quality of service to EV drivers and our partners as we continue to scale our business and add new technology solutions as soon as they are ready for us to use.”

Driivz, headquartered in Tel Aviv, boasts a strong customer base that includes Shell and Mer. The software is Plug&Charge-capable, thanks to a partnership with Hubject, enabling seamless charging experiences. Last year, Mer, Hubject, and Driivz announced a large-scale Plug&Charge rollout.

This partnership further extends Driivz’s presence in the Nordics, following a similar deal with St1 Nordic Oy in October. St1 Nordic Oy has been investing in high-power charging stations across Norway and is expanding its infrastructure in Sweden and Finland.

Driivz is a part of Vontier, a global industrial technology company with a workforce of over 8,500 employees worldwide. The collaboration between Kople and Driivz underscores the growing importance of reliable and efficient EV charging solutions in the transition to sustainable transportation.
