Kia has announced pricing and feature updates for the 2026 model year of its EV9, the automaker’s all-electric three-row SUV, including a new Nightfall Edition and slight performance enhancements across the lineup.
As part of the yearly update, Kia introduced the EV9 Nightfall Edition based on the Land AWD trim. The new variant features gloss black 20-inch wheels, black badging, and trim accents, as well as unique exterior and interior details. The Nightfall Edition will be available in both six- and seven-seat configurations at no additional charge. It also introduces a model-exclusive color option dubbed “Roadrider Brown.” However, Kia has yet to disclose pricing for the new trim.
The top-tier GT-Line trim gains fresh two-tone exterior color options, including “Glacial White Pearl” and “Wolf Gray,” both paired with an “Ebony Black” roof. In addition to the visual updates, Kia reports minor improvements to estimated driving range for select trims. The Light Long Range (LR) variant now offers an estimated 305 miles, while the Wind and Land trims provide 283 miles. The GT-Line variant delivers an estimated 280 miles.
Pricing for the 2026 EV9 lineup starts at $54,900 for the Light Standard Range (SR), followed by $57,900 for the Light LR, $63,900 for the Wind, $68,900 for the Land, and $71,900 for the GT-Line.
Kia’s refreshed EV9 arrives amid growing consumer interest in large electric SUVs, offering competitive range figures and premium design touches for the new model year.
