Jaguar is embarking on an innovative venture in collaboration with the prestigious apartment group MODA Living. The initiative aims to provide residents of two opulent apartment complexes in the UK, namely Angel Gardens in Manchester and New York Square in Leeds, with the exclusive opportunity to experience the electric I-Pace through an on-demand rental service. This visionary move underscores Jaguar’s commitment to redefining the client journey in anticipation of its transition to an all-electric luxury car company by 2025.
The essence of this groundbreaking program lies in convenience and accessibility. Residents of the aforementioned apartment complexes can effortlessly book the Jaguar I-Pace for periods of up to 48 hours via a dedicated platform. Ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience, the service is complemented by the round-the-clock assistance of 24-hour concierge teams at both locations. Remarkably, the rental fees encompass comprehensive benefits such as insurance coverage, charging expenses, professional valeting, and routine maintenance.

Rawdon Glover, the Managing Director of Jaguar, conveyed the company’s strategic vision behind this initiative: “At Jaguar, we are carefully considering every aspect of our client journey as we progress to an all-electric luxury car company from 2025. As we explore alternatives to direct car ownership, this scheme provides a client-centered mobility solution with on-demand concierge access to the all-electric I-PACE. Future Jaguar clients are continually looking for alternatives to car purchasing, and we will closely monitor the success of this initiative and consider expanding across major cities around the world.”
This decision to feature the I-Pace in the program aligns seamlessly with Jaguar’s electric vehicle portfolio, as it currently represents the brand’s flagship electric model. However, Jaguar recently confirmed its intentions to revamp the I-Pace, positioning it as a formidable contender in the luxury car market, competing with the likes of Bentley. It is anticipated that this program will not only introduce residents to the Jaguar brand but also potentially translate into sales when Jaguar’s new range of models debuts in 2025.

Notably, all upcoming Jaguar models will be built upon the common Jaguar Electric Architecture (JEA), with the first offering slated to be a high-performance four-door GT. Expected to have a starting price of approximately £100,000 or $125,000, this new model will be the most powerful Jaguar ever produced and will utilize batteries from Tata. Impressively, it is projected to boast an impressive range of around 430 miles (692 km), marking a significant milestone in Jaguar’s electric evolution.
