Harley-Davidson announced that it has suspended all activities related to vehicle assembly and delivery for two weeks, with the exception of their electric motorcycle line.

According to a press release, the famous motorcycle manufacturer said the decision was very careful.

Based on that information, it seems that there is a spare parts problem from the supplier. Taking a break of two weeks is considered a better solution than risking a recall. Of course, this is Harley Davidson’s way of prioritizing safety for its products and consumers.

From the press release, Harley Davidson fans can still buy LiveWire electric motorcycles. Harley separated LiveWire into its own brand, starting with LiveWire One. Recently, the company introduced a motorcycle called the S2 Del Mar, which offers 80 horsepower and has a range of up to 100 miles.

Although, perhaps a newcomer to the world of electric vehicles, LiveWire has ambitions that cannot be underestimated. At the LiveWire Investors meeting on May 10, key members of the company’s leadership explained LiveWire’s ambitious vision for the future.
