Hankook Tire has partnered with U.S.-based electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors to provide its iON evo AS SUV all-season tires as original equipment for the new Lucid Gravity.
The move reinforces Hankook’s growing presence in the global EV tire market, particularly in the premium segment.

The iON evo AS SUV tire is specifically designed for large electric vehicles, featuring advanced compound technology to ensure strong grip, improved mileage, and enhanced driving performance.
For the Lucid Gravity, a high-performance, full-size electric SUV capable of delivering up to 828 horsepower and over 434 miles of range, the tire offers low rolling resistance and optimized noise-reduction for a smoother, more efficient ride.
Launched in 2022, Hankookās iON brand is the first full EV-exclusive tire lineup, offering around 240 different sizes for electric passenger cars and SUVs.

The tires are engineered with high-performance polymers, eco-conscious materials, and reinforced profiles to handle the added weight of EV battery packs while maintaining stability and even wear.
Hankook has also supplied tires for EV models from Tesla, Hyundai, BMW, BYD, and other global manufacturers.
