GreenPower has just announced an electric school bus called the Nano Beast. GreenPower is currently known as a manufacturer of medium and heavy electric vehicles in the US.
The Nano Beast is an electric Type A school bus with a range of up to 150 miles per charge. GreenPower announced that it will begin initial shipments to its customers in the coming months.
The Nano Beast is built using the EV Star Platform specially designed by GreenPower.

The EV Star Platform is said to exceed expectations in other vehicle types so GreenPower uses it for electric school buses.
School buses are the largest mode of transportation in the US with more than 25 million students transported daily.
