The GV70 EV is powered by a pair of electric motors producing a combined 360 kW (482 hp) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque at overboost, with a 77.4 kWh battery pack featuring a 400V/800V multi-fast charging system that allows the battery to be charged. from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes when connected to a 350 kW fast charger.
Just like other Hyundai Motor Group EVs that use this electric architecture, the Electrified GV70 offers Vehicle to Load functionality, allowing this SUV to act as a mobile power source.
Genesis says their EV can go from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.2 seconds. GV70 has also been equipped with e-Terrain mode, a feature that allows driving dynamics to be adapted to driving conditions.
Australian customers will be offered a choice of 13 exterior colours, consisting of nine glossy coat paints and four matte finish paint options. The new color introduced for the electric version of the GV70 is Atacama Copper, inspired by the Atacama Desert in Chile.
