FUELL Flow electric motorcycle : specifications, range and price

In April 2019, the automotive world was introduced to an electric motorbike with a very futuristic design, called the FUELL Flow.

This is an electric motorcycle that was born from the mind of Erik Buell, the man who founded the Buell Motorcycle Company. This motorbike was predicted to dominate the electric motorbike market, unfortunately the COVID pandemic canceled all Buell plans to launch this unique motorbike.

Now the pandemic has begun to subside and FUELL Flow is rising from the dead. FUELL managed to build a prototype, even planning to mass produce it.

The FUELL Flow is described as a two-wheeled vehicle with “a motorbike with the luggage capacity and practicality of a large scooter, but with the look of a futuristic mid-size motorbike”.

The FUELL Flow is powered by a proprietary electric wheel motor with two power outputs, 47 hp for the 1S variant and 15 hp for the 1 variant, both of which offer the same torque level of 750 Nm.

The electric motorbike uses a 10 kWh battery that can be recharged in just 30 minutes and offers a range of 150 miles (240 km) in urban use.

This futuristic vehicle that only weighs about 180 kg, can travel at speeds of up to 140 km/h, and has an acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, a very impressive speed for an electric motorbike.

FUELL plans to launch a campaign on PreLaunch for the electric motorcycle.

A bike like this will typically retail for around $11,995, but those planning to get it on PreLaunch will need to make a $200 deposit, and they’ll get as much as $2,000 off on the MSRP in return. Apart from that, they will also get an exclusive carbon helmet.

The helmet itself is worth $1,060, so it’s an attractive bargain. The FUELL Fllow campaign is up and running, and you can provide support to manufacturers there. FUELL targets 3,000 pre-orders.
