Stellantis, the automotive giant, unveiled the Citroen e-C3 last October, positioning it as “The first European affordable electric car.” Building on the success of the C3 model, which has sold over 5.6 million units since its launch in 2002, the all-electric e-C3 made its European debut last month, priced at around $24,500 (23,300 euros).
The UK pricing for the new low-cost e-C3 EV was announced on Thursday, starting at approximately $28,000 (£21,990 OTR MRRP).

The Citroen e-C3 is the inaugural model to ride on Stellantis’ new EV-focused “Smart Car” platform. It is equipped with a 44 kWh LFP battery pack, providing a WLTP range of up to 199 miles.
Offering 100 kW DC fast charging capability, the e-C3 can charge from 20% to 80% in just 26 minutes. A new e-ROUTES app has been introduced, enabling owners to plan trips and monitor charge status and battery levels in real-time.
Through the MyCitroen app, e-C3 owners can manage charge schedules, check their vehicle’s status and location, and precondition the cabin (Max version).
