Electrify America has just shared interesting data about their fast charging infrastructure usage during 2021.

According to the data they shared, in 2021 the fast charging network Electrify America had served 1.45 million customer charging sessions. That number has more than fivefold increased from 268,000 in 2020.

Electrify America in 2021 delivers 41.4 GWh of energy and avoids using 5.7 million gallons of gas while traveling more than 145 million miles of electric vehicles.

“The combination of our rapidly expanding charging network, plus the growth and availability of all-new electric vehicles, is accelerating the transition to eMobility,” said Robert Barrosa, senior director of Business Development & Marketing of Electrify America.

Electrify America has approximately 800 charging stations and approximately 3,500 individual chargers (up to 150 kW or up to 350 kW) open or with construction completed.

Electrify America expects to have more than 1,800 charging stations in total with more than 10,000 chargers in the United States and Canada by 2026.
