The Drako Dragon was launched as Drako Motors’ second electric car after the Drako GTE which was developed based on the Fisker Karma.

If you look at the specifications, the Drako Dragon electric car has wild power that surpasses the Tesla Model X Plaid and even rivals the Rimac Nevera.

Before discussing power, it’s worth mentioning that the Drako Dragon has a unique SUV body that features two gullwing doors.

The Super SUV body design was worked on by Lowie Vermeersch and the GranStudio team based in Turin, Italy.

Inside the body of this SUV coupe, Drako Dragon is able to carry five passengers and has a technological treat that is no less sophisticated than other electric cars.

Call it in the middle of the dashboard there is a large central screen measuring 17.1 inches, a digital instrument cluster, rear seat entertainment behind the front seat, and a rearview camera.

Drako Motors also developed Drako DriveOS which is actually an operating system for the infotainment system, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and also for controlling car performance.

Speaking of performance, Drako Dragon has four electric motors, each of which is connected to the wheels of the car.

Drako claims four of Dragon’s electric motors are capable of producing a combined power of 2,000 hp.

Thanks to this super beast power, Dragon is claimed to be able to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 1.9 seconds and complete the acceleration of 402 m in 9 seconds.

Drako hasn’t mentioned how big the Dragon’s battery capacity is, but claims it has a range of 676 km and supports 500 kW charging.

Of course, with this wild performance, Drako Motors sells the Dragon at a fantastic price, starting at 290,000 US dollars.

This price is indeed much more expensive than the Tesla Model X Plaid, but still cheaper than the Drako GTE, which costs 1 million US dollars.
