Decathlon has introduced the Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition electric mountain bike in Europe, offering high-end features for mountain biking enthusiasts. The e-bike, also known as the E-FEEL 900 S, made its debut at Roc d’Azur 2023 and was recently featured in a 2024 range catalogue in the United States.
The Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition boasts a full suspension system, including a RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork with 160 mm of travel and a Super Deluxe Ultimate shock, ensuring a comfortable ride over rugged terrain. The bike is equipped with a mid-mounted 250W Shimano EP801 motor, providing 85Nm of torque and 600W of peak power. The motor assists riders up to speeds of 25 kph (~16 mph) and features a torque sensor that adjusts the motor’s output based on the rider’s pedalling power. The bike’s 630Wh lithium-ion battery, integrated into the frame, offers an assistance range of up to 90 km (~145 miles).
Additional features of the Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition include 29-inch wheels with Rockrider Grip 50 tires for optimal traction, as well as TRP Trail Evo hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power. The e-bike is equipped with a Shimano SC-EN600 1.4-inch color display, which supports Bluetooth connectivity to smartphones.
Decathlon offers the Rockrider E-FEEL 900S Team Edition in two frame sizes – medium for riders 165 to 174 cm (5′ 5″ to 5′ 9″) tall, and large for those 175 to 184 cm (~5′ 9″ to 6′ 1″) in height. However, the large size is currently out of stock, with small and extra-large options expected to be available in the future. The e-bike is priced at €5,499.99 in France, Spain, and Italy, €5,949.99 in the Netherlands, and €5,459.99 in Germany.
