ChargePoint has signed an agreement with AAA to become a preferred supplier of charging stations and services. The partnership allows AAA clubs and their service providers to access ChargePoint’s charging solutions at discounted rates, aiming to enhance the availability of reliable and affordable EV charging infrastructure across North America.
Under the agreement, more than 12,000 service providers affiliated with 27 AAA clubs in the U.S. and Canada’s CAA clubs will benefit from preferred pricing on ChargePoint chargers and services.
Eligible businesses include towing companies, auto repair shops, and other small businesses with EV charging needs. Additionally, the deal includes support packages for existing ChargePoint stations operated by AAA-affiliated businesses, further strengthening roadside assistance and member services for EV drivers.
“ChargePoint is committed to supporting AAA members who need EV charging for their business,” said David Vice, Chief Revenue Officer at ChargePoint. “To support them, we now offer solutions AAA members can depend on for reliable EV charging at preferred pricing.”
