Buick Automotive has unveiled a teaser image of the Electra-X electric car concept sport utility vehicle (SUV) developed through GM's Ultium platform.

GM's Ultium platform used in the car includes Super Cruise driver assistance technology and the Virtual Cockpit System.

General Motors in a press release stated that the Buick Electra-X will be introduced for the first time in China in June 2022.

The Buick Electra-X offers new technology that demonstrates the future of sustainable mobility.

Details regarding the specifications and technology used have not been revealed. GM ensures that the electric SUV will carry a concept with a driving mode that is safer, smarter and in accordance with the characteristics of its consumers.

The overall design of the Buick Electra-X has also not been revealed, but GM says the electric vehicle offers a spacious cabin. GM will announce details of the vehicle that is ready to compete with Tesla at its official launch in China next month.
