BMW is offering a new lease deal on its 2026 i5 xDrive40 electric sedan in the United States, cutting monthly payments by about $150 compared with the average lease cost for the model, according to industry data.

The i5 xDrive40 is now available at $529 per month for 36 months with $5,809 due at signing, BMW said. The offer includes $9,900 in Lease Credit, a dealer contribution, and up to $2,000 in Loyalty Credit for returning BMW customers. Security deposits are waived for qualifying buyers through BMW Financial Services.

CarsDirect data shows the promotion reduces the monthly lease cost by 22% compared with the market average of $676. The offer is valid until the end of September and may be combined with certain other BMW incentives.
