Kia has launched its first electric sedan, the EV4, in South Korea, opening orders with a starting price of 41.92 million won ($29,000). Chinese battery manufacturer Farasis Energy has introduced a new battery technology capable of 6C ultra-fast charging, aiming to meet the growing demand from automakers for higher charging speeds.
