Italjet brought its first electric motorbike, the e01 Dragster Electric, at the EICMA 2022 event. The electric motorbike will be officially introduced by the manufacturer in mid-2023. e01 Dragster will have an electric motor capable of spitting out power up to 12 kW (16 horsepower), and has a torque of up to 360 Nm. In September this year, Volvo Trucks began series production of the 44 ton heavy-duty electric truck as the first global truck manufacturer to achieve this. Recently, Citroen announced that it had added a new powertrain option for the C5 Aircross and increased the range for existing versions of the plug-in hybrid C5 X and C5 Aircross by 15 percent. The C5 Aircross will get a new plug-in hybrid drivetrain option called the 180 e-EAT8. It replaces the PureTech 180 internal combustion model and combines a 1.6 liter engine with a single electric motor.
