French electric motorcycle manufacturer Valeo presented a 48V electric motorcycle at the last Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The introduction of the 48V also continues the introduction of the Smart E-Bike System. Valeo presents a new electric drivetrain consisting of a 6-kW (8hp) motor and also has an air conditioning system transplanted from the Citroen Ami car. BMW confirmed the i4 uses a lightweight construction to make it an attractive model in an electric market weighed down by a large battery that reduces handling on the road. Porsche makes mild changes to Taycan lineup for 2021, giving it fresh features as well as a new battery choice as well as an even more affordable rear-wheel-drive base model.
