The specifications of the all-wheel-drive Cadillac Lyriq were revealed at an event on Instagram. Where, the car is capable of pulling loads up to 1,588 kg with a combined power of up to 500 hp.

The performance is increased compared to the rear-wheel drive version which has a single electric motor producing 340 hp and 440 Nm of torque.

Not only that, this all-wheel drive version is also superior to its competitors, namely the Audi e-tron which has an all-wheel drive system that produces 402 hp and 664 Nm of torque.

The all-wheel drive fairlac Lyric also outperforms the Jaguar I-Pace EV400 which is capable of producing a combined power of 394 hp and 693 Nm of torque.

Until now, the price and range of the all-wheel drive Cadillac Lyric can’t be known. To illustrate, the rear-wheel drive variant starts at $62,000 and has a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that provides a range of 502 km.

When the battery is running low, owners will get 190 kW DC fast charging capability which can provide a range of up to 122 km in just 10 minutes of charging.

While at home, the Cadillac Lyriq supports Level 2 chargers with speeds of up to 19.2 kW and this can provide a range of up to 84 km for each charge hour.

Reportedly, deliveries of the all-wheel-drive Cadillac Lyriq are scheduled to start between March and October, while additional variants will follow in September.
