Ford Motor is ramping up efforts to boost year-end sales of its electric vehicles, introducing significant discounts and added perks for buyers of the F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E models. The company’s newly launched promotion combines financing offers, bonus cash, and free home charging solutions.

Under the program, buyers can take advantage of 0% financing for 72 months, coupled with $5,000 in Bonus Cash on 2024 models. Additionally, Ford is providing a complimentary Level 2 home charger, covering the cost of standard installation—a move aligned with its recently introduced “Power Promise” initiative.

“We want to show customers the real benefits of EV ownership, like waking up to a fully charged vehicle every morning,” Ford stated when announcing the Power Promise program on October 1. The initiative includes free 24/7 live support and an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty for all new EV purchases.

Leasing options come with even greater savings. The 2024 Mustang Mach-E is eligible for up to $10,500 in lease incentives, including $7,500 in EV Red Carpet Lease cash and $3,000 in bonus cash. The 2024 F-150 Lightning offers up to $6,500 in lease benefits.

With nearly 3,000 dealerships now equipped to support EV sales, Ford is expanding its reach. The automaker reported a 38% year-over-year increase in EV sales through October, with nearly 74,000 units sold in 2024. The Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning remain key drivers, ranking as the second-best-selling electric SUV and EV pickup truck, respectively, in the U.S. market.

Ford’s latest incentives aim to strengthen its position in the competitive EV segment as it continues to challenge rivals, including Tesla.
